Childress & Associates, LLC is an environmental firm providing professional services to engineering and architectural firms, banks and other financial institutions, developers, real estate professionals, law firms, private parties, and industrial facilities. We specialize in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Environmental Screenings for commercial property transactions. Additional experience includes site characterization studies; air, soil and groundwater sampling; tank removal oversight and investigation; State and Federal Superfund project management including preparation of work plans, health and safety plans, sampling and analysis plans, and quality assurance project plans; RCRA investigations; RI/FS studies; Groundwater Protection Plans and SPCC plans; and technical project reviews for insurance companies, litigation support, and commercial real estate projects.
